As a User Experience and Product Design leader with a passion for emerging technologies and products, I strive to make digital experiences as intuitive and engaging as possible. With more than 20 years of expertise in UX and Design, ranging from enterprise-level platforms to desktop applications and connected devices, I'm deeply invested in understanding user needs as well as factoring business goals into each product decision. Beyond delivering products, I'm a firm believer in mentoring and nurturing skills in up-and-coming UX'ers and Designers, as well as working to educate organizations, clients, and business partners on the value a customer-centric philosophy brings to business.
I'm currently UX Lead at Google, and formerly Director of User Experience & Design for Forcepoint, LLC, a Raytheon subsidiary, specializing in the next generation of enterprise and VLE cybersecurity products. Previous companies include CXO at Moby, Inc., Atmosphere BBDO, Übermind/Deloitte Digital, and Microsoft. Clients include Dubai Tourism, Visa, American Express, Emirates, Gillette, FOX Movies, 21st Century FOX, Showtime, Time Warner, Turner Broadcasting (CNN, CNN Money, TruTV, Cartoon Network), Target and Amtrak.
